I recently stayed at a hotel in Palermo and had a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were exactly as depicted in the pictures - clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast offered was the best I've had in Italy, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
